Congratulations are in order for Leonard DeProspo and Zana Wolf, who officially tied the knot on Saturday, August 24. Vows were exchanged at St. Paul Catholic Church, with the reception taking place at JG Domestic in the Cira Centre. Many SPS and FBR members were present to help celebrate the couple’s special day. Len and Zana now head for honeymoon in Italy, where they plan on running, eating and drinking.
Join us on Sunday, August 18th for the third annual South Philly Striders/Fishtown Beer Runners trail run/potluck picnic starting at Valley Green Inn, in Wissahickon. This trail run will be a fun run, with no bibs, no timing, no medals, no aid stations, etc. Run, walk, skip, jump the approximately 4.5 mile trail. Finish to a potluck picnic. This event is also a way to celebrate ALL the August birthdays among us. Injured or lazy and can’t run? Come walk or bike.
